My name is Malakai, I am a year 12 student, School Captain, Venue Manager, Audio Visual Tech, Airport Worker, Photographer.
I work a lot at my school with equipment and the potential for injury is there. My dream is to get into the aeromedical industry, and I pride myself fin having First Aid equipment with me to help at any moment. I have a small kit in my big camera bag and a smaller makeshift kit in my everyday school bag.
As mentioned in my Pocket CPR Kit review, I needed a place for bandaids and wipes. Having already starting to use it, I decided to browse the Survival website for any other niche things. That’s when I saw the Survival Wallet again and thought I should check it out. I’d scrolled past before a few times and this time went “yea, I should take a look”.
I’m so thankful I did as it had more compartments than I thought and better yet, a splinter probe pocket. I made an instant decision to buy it. As mentioned in the Pocket CPR review, I wanted to seperate the small stuff from big stuff in my zip lock first aid bag and the last thing that needed a home were splinter probes.
As shown I have paired the two together, either clipping together or having the wallet in a cargo pocket. I decided to buy tweezers to go with the wallet which was a great decision. Although it does seem excessive, I personally don’t want to take any chances in the industries I work in, and even for my photography walks. That way I can even hand the wallet to someone so they can tend…

I’m a first aider since I left high school and started working with children and later in retail and now with the elderly. I like to be prepared for anything. I love this! I am not a driver so I use public transport or walk everywhere from work to shopping, appointments, etc. I saw this online and thought it was perfect to carry in my bag or even my jeans or jacket pockets. Put one in your glove box to have on hand for your walks, etc., though I recommend a bigger more specialised kit for cars, homes or various types of work places. It makes me feel better to know I am prepared if I take a tumble or see someone else is hurt. I love that it comes with splinter probes as my home one is bigger so I use a burnt or disinfected/sterilised pin or needle if I am at work. Must ask my client to buy this for her elderly parents! I can attend to those little injuries. It has a handy carabiner on a key ring to hang it on a bag or backpack strap. Small price and you can restock it yourself when supplies are used. It comes with a list of contents card. Managed to fit it into small jacket pocket. Or attach it to trouser belt loop.
